We appraised the technical solutions and M&V planning for the retrofit of Air and Water source heat pumps, Solar Thermal, Solar PV, Draught Proofing, LED Lighting, Double Glazing and fabric improvement technologies across 19 sites in the Borough.
The project will lead to the deployment of multiple Energy Conservation Measures across 19 properties and a measured abatement of 700 tCO2e / year.
